Q: What material is your jewelry made of?

Q: How it is waterproof?
A: Each piece is sealed with a specialized protective layer that's designed to resist water, sweat, and everyday friction. This extra barrier prevents tarnishing and fading - even with frequent water.
Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?
A: Made without nickel or harsh metals, our jewelry is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types. You get luxury without irritation.
Q: How should I clean my jewelry?
A: To clean your Gold Jewelry, make sure to always use a soft-bristled brush or cloth with warm water and detergent free soap. Don't use anything abrasive to clean your jewelry.
Q: Can I wear it during pool party or sweaty summer days?
A: You don't have to take it off. Our Jewelry is 100% waterproof and sweatproof, so it's safe to wear in the shower, at the gym, or by the pool.

Q: What if my order is running late?
A: First of all, we sincerely apologize if we were not able to meet the expected arrival time. Delivery time is the number of days it takes for your package to get to you after we ship it from our warehouse. It doesn’t include the time we need to get your order ready, or any delays that may happen along the way or at a pick-up point. If your order is taking longer than expected and you don’t see any new update on your tracking number, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@radiantroyale.ca and we'll be more than happy to be of your service!
Q: What should I do if I didn't get the tracking number of my order?
A: As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email wherein you can track your order. In some cases, this email may end up in your spam folder, so please check there too. If you still have trouble finding the email containing your tracking number, feel free to reach over our Customer Support Team at support@radiantroyale.ca

Q: Can I cancel/update/change my order?
A: We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so cancellations aren't always guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, please email us at support@radiantroyale.ca as soon as possible with your name, email address, and order number. We'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
